For contractors who wish to fully own their own limited company, Icon Accounting offers the service of incorporating new limited companies. The limited company option is suitable for long term contractors who wish to take control of their own administration and accounting.

 

The Process

  • If you wish to set up your own Personal Limited Company simply complete our Sign Up Form and return it to accounts@iconaccounting.ie 
  • You will also need to complete a Company Order Formation Order
  • We will assist, advise and inform you on all legal obligations and responsibilities which must be undertaken as a company director 
  • Incorporation of the Company Name with the Company Registration Office
  • Registration of VAT with Revenue
  • Formation of Company Bank Account
