Total Tax Compliance

At Icon Accounting you and your umbrella company will be fully compliant with Revenue & the Companies Registration Office.

We Will:
  • Submit monthly P30's (this is a return of Income Tax & PRSI)
  • Submit annual P35's (this is an annual return of PAYE Income with amounts of tax & PRSI deducted)
  • Prepare & file your Income Tax Return (This is called a Form 11, as a proprietary company director you are obliged to file this by October 31st of following year, i.e 2008 tax return, filed October 31st 2009)
  • Prepare & file the company's VAT return every two months.
  • Prepare the Annual company accounts & file with the CRO.
  • Prepare & file the Corporation Tax return (this is the tax return that the company is obliged to return)


All of the above procedures ensure that you and your umbrella company are fully tax compliant.
