Icon Accounting are delighted to announce that we’re hiring an Experienced Qualified Accountant for our ever-expanding team in Swords, Co Dublin.
The position is at manager level and the successful candidate will oversee a portfolio of Professional Contractors who trade through their own Limited company. The offers the right candidate the opportunity to grow within the company where you play an important role in achieving the company’s targets and wider commercial business objectives.
As manager of the Personal Limited Company team, you will be responsible for managing a team of 10
Requirements:
Our ideal applicant would be self-motivated, enthusiastic, Organised and possess the following:

- Qualified Accountant ACCA / ACA / CIMA / CPA
- icon
- 3 years PQE in an accounts practice preferably
- icon
- Previous management experience desirable
- icon
- Excellent interpersonal, organisation and communication skills
The Role:
The successful applicant will join a dynamic team of accounting professionals as manager of the Personal Limited Company team managing a team of accounting staff who are responsible for their own portfolio of clients. The role will be focused on providing clients with high-level support over all business areas and will include;

- Manage and planning all statutory deadlines;
- icon
- Leading, managing and developing the team ensuring employee training is sufficient and training programmes are being implemented and monitored;

- Reviewing work carried out by Junior team members to ensure accurate and quality information is being delivered to the clients;
- icon
- Manage client relationships and assist the team with client queries where necessary;
- icon
- Attend weekly management meetings with the Senior Management Team.
