Melissa graduated from NCI in 2019 with BA (hons) Degree in Business, specialising in international business for the final two years of her degree. Before joining our Business Development team, Melissa gained 4 years of experience in retail/ ecommerce and marketplaces. Melissa’s previous experience has made her passionate about customer service and sales strategies. Melissa hopes to positively contribute to the customer experience.
