Michelle is a graduate of UCD and is currently studying for your IPASS qualification and is part of our Contracting Advisory Team. With 5 years’ experience in customer service with a financial institution she has a wealth of experience in this field. Michelle also is a proud winner of the Institute of Customer Service award. Michelle lived and worked in China for over 3 years and it gave her the chance to experience, learn and adapt the Chinese culture.
