National Recruitment Federation - Awards

Icon Accounting is a proud member of the National Recruitment Federation (NRF) which is a voluntary organisation set up to establish and maintain codes of practice for the recruitment industry within Ireland.

Each year, the NRF host an awards ceremony to celebrate the year’s achievements and to recognise the agencies and the consultants who have gone the extra mile in their field.

The 2013 awards were held on the 29^th of November in the Shelbourne Hotel, Dublin - the 7^thannual awards and the biggest by far! The MC for the night was Kevin Green of the Recruitment Employment Confederation UK. Kevin got the awards off to a great start and ensuring a great night was had by all! An array of awards was presented from Recruitment Consultants of the Year to Best Agency Online!

Icon Accounting proudly sponsored and presented the Best Agency of the Year (under 30 staff) to Abriva Recruitment!

The awards night along with the numerous other events held thorughout the year by the NRF, provides a great opporutniy to get the all the updated industry news, legisiation and to build relationships within the industry itself.

The recruitment industry has recently gone through extermely challanging times in recent years, however it seems that the worst may be over and this can only be down to the caliber of talented indivauals in the industry which was clear to see with from all NRF members that night!
