1. If you could choose a superpower, what would it be?

Travel in time.

 

2. If you could be any fictional character who would you be?

Jasmine with the flying carpet, so I can travel anywhere I want, what more would you want in the lockdown.

Barak Obama and Michelle Obama, Dwayne Johnson, Morgan Freeman. – Why not!

 

4. What did you want to be when you were growing up?

Grown up

 

5. If you weren’t Payroll Account Manager, what would you be?

Luxury Hotel operations Manager

 

6. Who inspires you?

Smart/ well educated people who have correct life values (more old school)

 

7. What is your favourite holiday destination?

At the moment Brazil as it has everything and a lot to explore. Mountains, waterfalls, Ocean, Small paradise islands, big cities, summer all year around and proper winter with snow in some areas, desert landscapes and amazon forest. Tasty food and welcoming friendly people.

 

8. Do you have any strange talents?

No, I did not discover one yet.

 

9. What is your childhood nickname?

Galina (it is a Russian name that has my name Alina inbuild into it, however as kinds we found it very funny because it is elderly people’s name).

 

10. Are you a spender or a saver (bear in mind you work in Accounting)?

I was always a spender and I always say ‘’I only live once so it’s better to be happy’’. However now with the pandemic I was able to save good bit of money and I can say I do enjoy being a saver too. So, I will go with the current mood on this one - at the time of making decision to spend or to save!

 

11. What 3 words would your close family use to describe you?

Friendly, generous, determined.

 

12. What is something you have done but will never do again?

Fly with Cabo Verde airlines. I thought the plane will fall apart in the sky - never again.

 

13. If you could change places with anybody for the day, who would it be?

God. Just to balance it out a bit between rich and poor and to get rid of some nasty illnesses.

 

14. Name 2 things on your bucket list?

Travel to Lake Como or Lake Garda, take a boat trip and enjoy the peaceful mountain views and to buy a house.

 

15. What was the last thing you won?

I never win anything big! Maybe like €9 on the lotto!

 

16. Do you have any guilty pleasures?

Ice-cream

 

17. What chore do you hate doing the most?

Emptying the bins
