iPerks – A Recap in Numbers!

Without a doubt, iPerks has added value to so many of our clientele. The only ones that haven’t benefitted are those that are yet to utilise it!

To give a quick insight in to iPerks for those that may not be aware of it, it provides additional value to Independent Professionals by focusing on three core facets – bespoke wellness, everyday savings and my personal favourite, up-skilling, and continuous learning.

Bespoke Wellness:

We’re just about through Covid-19 but that doesn’t mean our focus on wellness, both mentally and physically should dwindle.
If Covid-19 and lockdowns taught us anything, it was that both our physical wellness and mental well-being should never become an afterthought and remain front and central in our list of priorities.

Everyone has their own preferences when it comes to mental well-being, some of us simply need relaxation, whether that be logging off social media platforms, getting away for a few days holiday or spending time with family and friends.

Others prefer to utilise well-being practices such as meditation, journaling or even practicing effective breathing – all of which are available through iPerks and the bespoke wellness platform, uniquely programmed to fit the needs of each individual client.
Throughout 2021, over 1000 of our clients utilised the Bespoke Wellness feature within iPerks and 80% of those continue to do so.

Everyday Lifestyle Savings:

Now more than ever, we could all do with some additional savings! The beauty of the Savings section within iPerks is the broad range of savings available. We pick out our monthly picks each month for the newsletter and it is genuinely extremely difficult to choose.

We’ve had getaways, exclusive access tickets, 25% off Fitbit, 8c off per litre of fuel and much more!

The most popular categories are Hotels, Tickets & Events, Sports & Fitness and Computers & Electronics.

The standout figure for the Savings feature of iPerks is that our clients saved over €100,000 throughout 2021 by having access to the platform!

Up-Skilling & Continuous Learning:

Not to dilute the importance of wellbeing whatsoever, but to me, success as an Independent Professional is closely linked to continuous learning and up-skilling, which is why this piece has always been my favourite.
iPerks was in the pipeline for quite some time, and the reason it took us longer than we would have liked to introduce it was because we wanted to get this piece right. We understand Contractors and that is why flexible learning had to be deliverable.
With over 4000 courses, 92% of which are completely free – there is something for every single client to add to their existing skillset. Whether it be AWS Cloud Architecture, presentation skills, languages, science, and engineering – there is literally too many to list!

Obviously, completing a course can take time, so the fact that over 850 of them have been completed through iPerks is something that we are incredibly proud of. With such a strong representation of our clients in the IT space, it is unsurprising to report that the Technology aspect of the Learning platform has been the most popular to date.

Whether it is Azure, Python, Java, AWS, Google Cloud, Cybersecurity or even AI – there are some exciting areas to develop your skillset around.
